Ingredients:
- Nature Valley Oats and Honey granola bars
- 1 tub of Low fat vanilla yogurt
- Granulated sugar or no calorie sweetener
- Washed and sliced strawberries
- Washed blueberries
- Any other fruits you would like to include
- Plastic cups
- Put 2 spoonfuls of yogurt into each plastic cup
- Place 2-3 granola bars into a large ziploc bag and crush them using a rolling pin or meat tenderizer
- Sprinkle a handful of granola on top of the yogurt in the plastic cups
- Place both strawberries and blueberries on top of the granola (any other fruit you want to use as well)
- Sprinkle the fruit with a spoonful of sugar or no calorie sweetener
- Spoon 1-2 more spoonfuls of yogurt over the fruit
- Repeat these steps until your plastic cups are full
- Cover the cups with foil or plastic wrap and keep them in the fridge
- Now you have a great fruit and yogurt parfait that is ready for you whenever you need to grab and go
