Ravioli Bake



Ingredients: 
  • Two 1 lb bag of frozen ravioli (more if cooking for a crowd) 
  • 1 jar or can of spaghetti sauce 
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes undrained
  • 1/2 cup of water 
  • 1 package of shredded mozzarella or 3 cheese blend cheese
  • 2 Tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit 
  2. Mix the sauce, diced tomatoes and water 
  3. Pour 1 cup of the sauce mixture into the bottom of a baking pan (Suggestion: line the pan with foil to make clean up faster and less messy) 
  4. Layer 1 package of the frozen ravioli over the sauce in the pan 
  5. Top ravioli with 1 cup of the shredded cheese 
  6. Top the 1st layer of ravioli with the rest of the ravioli and sauce mixture 
  7. Top with the remaining cheese and cover with foil 
  8. Bake for 30 minutes 
  9. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
