Ingredients:
- Two 1 lb bag of frozen ravioli (more if cooking for a crowd)
- 1 jar or can of spaghetti sauce
- 1 can of diced tomatoes undrained
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 package of shredded mozzarella or 3 cheese blend cheese
- 2 Tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix the sauce, diced tomatoes and water
- Pour 1 cup of the sauce mixture into the bottom of a baking pan (Suggestion: line the pan with foil to make clean up faster and less messy)
- Layer 1 package of the frozen ravioli over the sauce in the pan
- Top ravioli with 1 cup of the shredded cheese
- Top the 1st layer of ravioli with the rest of the ravioli and sauce mixture
- Top with the remaining cheese and cover with foil
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
