Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits



Ingredients:
  • Nature Valley Oats and Honey granola bars 
  • 1 tub of Low fat vanilla yogurt 
  • Granulated sugar or no calorie sweetener 
  • Washed and sliced strawberries
  • Washed blueberries 
  • Any other fruits you would like to include 
  • Plastic cups 
  1. Put 2 spoonfuls of yogurt into each plastic cup
  2. Place 2-3 granola bars into a large ziploc bag and crush them using a rolling pin or meat tenderizer 
  3. Sprinkle a handful of granola on top of the yogurt in the plastic cups
  4. Place both strawberries and blueberries on top of the granola (any other fruit you want to use as well) 
  5.  Sprinkle the fruit with a spoonful of sugar or no calorie sweetener
  6. Spoon 1-2 more spoonfuls of yogurt over the fruit
  7. Repeat these steps until your plastic cups are full 
  8. Cover the cups with foil or plastic wrap and keep them in the fridge 
  9. Now you have a great fruit and yogurt parfait that is ready for you whenever you need to grab and go

  2. No problem at all. I love these. They are so easy and great to grab when you're running out the door. Really yummy and healthy too.
