Parmesan Chicken Fingers



Ingredients: 
  • 2 pieces of chicken sliced into tender sized pieces 
  • 1 packages of shake and bake or 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit 
  2. Dump the shake and bake or bread crumbs into a plastic bag with the grated parmesan cheese
  3. Shake the bag up so that the bread crumbs and cheese mix 
  4. Add the pieces of chicken to the bag and shake them until they're coated 
  5. Place the coated pieces of chicken on a baking sheet covered with foil, and sprayed with non-stick spray. 
  6. Cook for 12-14 minutes of until cooked through.
