Ingredients:
- Pre-made pizza dough from the grocery store
- Provolone cheese
- veggies or meats of your choice
- 1 Egg
- Garlic Powder
- Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray
- Use the pan to stretch out the pizza dough
- Once the dough is stretched enough you can start placing your chosen filling selections onto the dough
- Cover the fillings(meats or veggies) with provolone cheese
- If you would like you can add another layer of fillings and then another layer of cheese
- Pull the ends of the dough up and over and pinch them so the ends are closed
- Then pull the sides up and pinch them together
- Flip the cal-zone over so that the pinched side is on the bottom
- Sprinkle pepper and garlic powder over the top of the calzone
- Beat an egg and brush the top of the cal-zone, using a pastry brush, with the egg (This makes the cal-zone golden brown)
- Bake for 30-35 minutes
