Calzones




Ingredients:
  • Pre-made pizza dough from the grocery store 
  • Provolone cheese 
  • veggies or meats of your choice
  • 1 Egg
  • Garlic Powder 
  • Pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit 
  2. Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray 
  3. Use the pan to stretch out the pizza dough 
  4. Once the dough is stretched enough you can start placing your chosen filling selections onto the dough
  5. Cover the fillings(meats or veggies) with provolone cheese 
  6. If you would like you can add another layer of fillings and then another layer of cheese 
  7. Pull the ends of the dough up and over and pinch them so the ends are closed 
  8. Then pull the sides up and pinch them together
  9. Flip the cal-zone over so that the pinched side is on the bottom
  10. Sprinkle pepper and garlic powder over the top of the calzone
  11. Beat an egg and brush the top of the cal-zone, using a pastry brush, with the egg (This makes the cal-zone golden brown)
  12. Bake for 30-35 minutes
