 I recommend purchasing a food saver system. You can purchase the cheapest one, that works great, for around $10-$15. This technology is really useful if you want to make dinner times even quicker and easier and prepare them way in advanced. The recipes that I will constantly post will be quick and easy, but this food system makes it even easier.

The food saver system makes sure that plastic bags are sealed air tight guaranteeing freshness.

I also recommend buying meats in bulk like the package of chicken posted above. I would buy chicken breasts like in the picture even if you prefer cutlets. My reason for saying this is because you can slice the chicken into the portion sizes you would like. I ended up slicing them in half and then sliced the halves down the center making 4 decent pieces out of one big piece. This is a great trick to use to save money and make more meals out of one package.
