Veggie Alfredo Pasta Toss



Pasta (type does not matter)
1 can of alfredo sauce
2 TBS of olive oil
1 TBS of minced garlic
Asparagus
Broccoli
1 can of diced tomatoes



  1. Put pasta in a sauce pan and boil until pasta is cooked (About 15-20 minutes). 
  2. While pasta is boiling heat olive oil on medium in a frying pan adding asparagus, garlic, and broccoli. Cook these ingredients in the oil for 10-15 minutes. 
  3. Once veggies are cooked to your liking add in can of alfredo sauce and can of diced tomatoes. Leave on heat. 
  4. Drain pasta and add to sauce/veggie mix. 
  5. Mix sauce and pasta together and enjoy!
